Day 32 and 33

Day 32
Had our last dinner with the whole NP and Chinese students here who had
been so kind to us these days.
Treat them to the Golden Hans buffet. Which look good on the outside and interior
and since its a international buffet, i thought there will be alot of variety of food.
But turn up, its far from my expectations.

Reflection:

I really will MISS them ALOT!!!!

They are so caring.....

Once, they have test the next day, they still brought us out!!!

And when they are hungry and skipped their lunchtime for us!!!!

I hope they will hurry can come Singapore and do my best or our best to

bring them around .

These few days wouldnt be as fun without them bringing us around,

cause we will be struck at the campus all day.

Day33

Second last day of the trip, time really flies...

Ajnd know how i spend it??? One whole day in the salon.

I accompany my friends to the salon from morning to afternoon, evening to night.

While the others are out there shopping, i am here, looking at people having their

hair done. Well, i guess its because i have spend all my money during the first few

weeks and now left with nothing to shop...

Lesson learnt!

Never use your money like there's no tomorrow....

And i really miss the cheap cheap and nice tasting food here!!!!

I dont wanna go back Singapore!!!

Was there when the malay girls go around and say goodbye with the stall owners.

They are so nice, going around saying goodbyes...

But maybe i dont really patrionize the shop so much that they remember me, enough for me to say goodbye, hahaha.

Tomorrow, 8 am.... Dreg it....

Day 28 ,29,30 and 31

Day 28
Had our presentation at 1pm .
Right after Wudang moutain so its suoer tiring, hence we push back our presentation:)
Then after that we start to practise our performance.
Day 29
The whole day is delicated to Performance.
Perfecting our dance and skit.
Its not until 5 plus that we actually had our full reharsal.
Then 7pm we meet to head down to perform.

The mde students.

We had alot of fun. The performance that the chinese did, was nice and funny.

But its really hard to catch what they are saying, they speak so fast, and in their accent.

And i notice that they dont give mike to the boys, only the girls. So the only voice i can hear clearly is the girls, boys have to shout.

Well, at least our boys get to use the mike.

Then after forgotten that i had the key to the classroom.

I chat with some people and almost head back to the dorm.

Untill i remember then i run back to the classroom block.

Its so dark that i ran the wrong direction but i make it back.

Then they are all waiting for me, Sorry guys!!!!
Then we watch the video of our performance and went back to dorm had our dinner

and night!!

Reflection:

The students are really very initiative. Maybe they are trained to be like that.

They cleared uup the rubbish of the sweet wrappers and stuff before they leave.

I also notice that actually here, the place where we are staying is very clean.

I saw cleaners sweeping the roads here and there.

It really isnt as bad as I first thought. (oh i notice this long ago, just that i forgotten

to blog about it)

One more thing i notice that day is that, before the whole performance ends,

students already start leaving, it reminds me of Singapore..

Where we mostly leave before everything ends so that the public transport or the

road wont be so crowded.

Day 30

The worst day of this trip!!!

STUDY STUDY STUDY for common test!!!!

So tiring . I kept sleeping, since i'm lying on my bed when studying.

But i guess i'm use to it, thats what i do at home too...

Day 31

Common test ends!!

Do our hair!!!

We were suppose to find the mde students who have the discount card

but then we walk in to the wrong outlet, then we had to keep troubling

Mr Chia to get the students' numbers. Thank you Mr Chia!!

Then we found them its not on the ground level next to the McDonald's but

inside the shopping mall level 4.

We had our hair done, and the price is definately cheaper than Singapore.

The service was really good!!!

Just that they will keep promoting their package to you so beware.

And do their treatment, it really does make the hair smoother.

Day 26&27 Mount Wudang.

Went to Wudang mountain.
Left our school at 7am and reached about 12pm.
Had our lunch there, and we fnally start to see toilets without door
and its only waist tall. It's definately a fun experience.
The first day we reached there we only tour around the base of the mountain
the official climb is the next day!!!

Saw a friend from another group of ngee ann students that came to China.

But they are staying at the other campus.

The new campus that i visited the other time.

Heard that the whole group only have like 6 chinese, it must be really difficult

for them to go around and even eat. hahah.

Oh and she told me that their place is like at the outskirt, once they ordered Mc's delivery

and waited for 2 hours , the person called back and said they went to the wrong campus and

their campus is at the outskirt so cannot deliver. But the truth is there is a mcDonald

thiry mins down the street. Glad that our place isnt like this.

It is definately cold up here but we had a craving for Ice cream. hahah

A well. A well!!!! Never seen one before, and it is so DEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I've been wondering , who is the one that translate the words to english.

And did he use dictionary or even the internet?

The super awesome hotel , so far i had seen in China.

There's toilet bowl, it's even clean, and there's computer!
But sad that it's not my room and we only stayed there for one night.

We finally reach the top but theres still more to go!

Its cold up here, it even rained, that makes it even colder.

The lock work like this.

Write down your surname and Jia(household)

then place it here at the Wudang mountain, the higher the better.

So their God will come down and bless your family.

We climbed the mountain to see the Golden summit.

It is said to be when a certain time of the day, when the sun shines and the

bronze temple/building on top of the mountain will reflect the light and

be seen as Golden. But unfortunately we didnt see it.

The Wudang mountain climb was tiring, but it was worth it, the magnificient view,

and all our efforts we put to reach the top, and the never give up spirit.

The steps are steep and its 4.2km long journey.

And even for Faith who has a back pain ,she still manage to climb up all the way!!

We even see some really old people that some climb up all the way

to deliver food, to earn a living. Some because of their believe they would even want to

climb up all the way to pray to their God.

And we youngster had to complain about the climb, compared to them we are really fortunate.

The uncle need to deliver 100kg worth of stuff.

And the auntie also brought quite alot of joss stick and a bag that weighs more than 5 kg .

Oh and the sedan carrier ,their back were hunching, because to earn a living.

They had to harm their body, its really a heart breaking sight.

I hope that i can learn from them, knowing out there, people are struggling worst than i am.

Nothing that i face can be as bad as their, so stop complaining and do my best.
